I feel like I make too many posts about not posting enough.
Woops. D: Well, I’ve been a bit busy (sort of, not really..) I’ve started running once again with my sister, we’re doing Couch to 5k again and we’re on Week 3 (We took a brief hiatus mid June) and I am proud to say that I ran the whole three minutes BOTH TIMES in today’s workout. I was so pumped. On top of that, I’ve been doing Insanity, and although I have been seeing any major physical differences, I can tell that I’ve gotten stronger and developed a higher stamina than before. My thighs don’t look smaller, my stomach doesn’t looked toned, but I’m okay with that because I feel great (most of the time..). Although sometimes I feel like quitting mid-workout and have taken brief stops in-between each routine, I still have finished each and every day completely. And that makes me proud.
As for yoga, I haven’t been practicing yoga as much as I would like to, but I just found Tara Stiles “Advanced Flow” playlist, and I’m hoping to be able to use those videos as a reference because I truly miss yoga. I did a bit today before going for my run, so hopefully I start making a habit out of this.
I have no idea what I’m going to do once school starts, I’m scared I might get too tired or lazy to do anything. I’m also quite positive I’m not going to be passing any of my exams because I’ve barely even studied. Which annoys me because you take two measly tests that show whether or not you’ll get into college, and once you get in, those measly tests aren’t even important anymore because they’ve been replaced by thousands of other measly tests. But anyway, I can’t wait for December to come because that’s when all of this college and exams bs will be out of my mind. Hopefully forever.
Once I finish Insanity I’m going to take a week off so I can relax my body a bit, practice more yoga and run some more and after that week start Insanity all over again. I’ve been doing it with my cousin and she wants to see results before December, so I think if we do it a couple of times more we’ll see our progress. We should be done with Insanity in two weeks, which is CRAZY. I never would’ve thought I’d make it this far! Then when we start it up again, the second time we should finish maybe by the end of November, I want to say. Maybe we’ll do it a third time too..I’m not real sure. Shaun T and his jumping have really taken a toll on me.
I’ve written a lot, but that’s because there’s been tons on my mind. If you’ve read this all, awesome. :-)) I hope to be more frequent with this blog. *Hope*

You don’t have to get into bow pose to find a class that will fit your schedule…but once you’re here, you just may want to!
